Long story short, I never had the chance to get the items I bought. The company didnt solve the problems profesionally.
It's all started when I asked the company to send sample to my forwarder's address, but somehow they sent the wrong item, and it was already too late, the package has been inside locked container when the company told me they sent wrong item.
The company asked to resend the wrong item back to their address, but hoping to only cover the shipment to China, not the shipping to my country.
How can I be hold responsible for paying the wrong item? it doesnt make any sense. They started explaining how expensive the shipping to my country is, wonderin the shipping more expensive than the item iteself? Turns out the wrong item is bigger volume and weight, of course the shipping is more expensive.
When the time to pay the shipping, this supplier didnt want to pay for the mistaken item, my purchased item never shipped, and i have been blacklisted by the forwarding company
